- Step 1: Enter your name and email address and details about your relationship to diabetes.
- Step 2: Keep an eye on your inbox—you’ll receive a short introduction survey soon. Complete it and get $5 as a thank-you.
- Step 3: After that, we’ll send you a diabetes survey four times a year. Each time you complete one, you’ll receive at least $10 as a token of appreciation.

Community members who participate in 1-to-1 virtual interviews earn "thank-you" payments up to $100 for each one.
Your choice in compensation
Your "thank-you" payments of at least $10 for completing quarterly surveys can be sent as an Amazon.com gift card, or you can choose to donate them to Diversity in Diabetes.
